Guidelines

This project aims to showcase BNHA characters through a Shoujo lens! Every creator will be asked to craft a piece that conveys a key theme of Shoujo as a genre while sticking to the following guidelines:- Artists: 1 lined piece of artwork with flat color (if traditional, on unlined paper)- Writers: a new, never before published 3,000 word piece

FAQs

What is a bang?A bang is a team project where artists and writers are paired up and work on a singular idea together. Typically, writers will submit summary pitches anonymously that are claimed by an artist. The artists create a piece that is reflected by a scene written in their writer's fanfic. There are periodic check-ins and both works are posted on the same day at the end of the creation period.
 
Since this is Shoujo-focused, do all pairings have to be M/F?Nope! Every creator is encouraged to pair whichever characters they please! The goal is to showcase love and Shoujo themes, which can be done in M/M, F/F, GNC/F, GNC/M, and poly ships as well!
 
Will this project allow minors?No, we will not be allowing minors to participate in this project.
 
Can I create NSFW or DD content for this event?Yes! We just ask that all summaries and pieces be tagged accordingly.
 
Can I sign-up without having been in a fandom event before?Yep! Every creator of every skill level is welcome to sign-up!
 
What roles are allowed in the bang?Artists, betas, and writers!
 
Can I sign-up for multiple roles?Absolutely! We just ask that if you sign up for multiple roles, please only take on what you can handle. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and projects have to be dropped or altered, and will attempt to accommodate accordingly.
 
Can we join with a partner? Or do we have to be matched to a team randomly?You can join with a pre-paired team! There will be a spot on the signup form to list who your partner will be and their role(s).
